of Ketamine Retreats & Events

Welcome to Occult Mental Health. By attending our events,
you agree to the following terms:

​

1.  Retreat Cancellation Deadlines
​

Refund eligibility is determined by the date the written cancellation request is received relative to the scheduled Start Date of the retreat.

​

14 days or less notice will incur no refund.

15 days or more notice will incur a 50% refund.

​

Cancellations received 14 days or less before the Start Date are non-refundable. At this late stage, resources, materials, and booking slots have been finalized and cannot be recovered. A 50% refund will be issued to cover administration and resource commitments for cancellations of 15 days or more before the Start Date. Failure to attend after the Start Date of a service/event does not qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Process and Timeline
​

Request Submission: The client must submit a formal cancellation request via email to info@occultmentalhealth.com. The subject line should be: "Refund Request: [Service/Event Name]".

​

Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within two (2) business days.

​

Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

​

Timeline: Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date of refund approval for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items (If Applicable)

The following items are typically non-refundable:

Any fees associated with third-party payment processing
or credit card charges.

​

Explicitly marked non-refundable booking deposits
used to secure a date or reservation.

​
