Medical Weight Management
Your Brain and Your Body
Were Never Separate.
We take a whole-person approach to helping
you feel better—not simply watching a number on the scale.
We offer evidence-informed medical care built around you.
You are more than the number on the scale.
No shame. No crash diets. No one-size-fits-all plans.

More Than Weight Loss
We are here to look at the whole picture.
Weight can affect mental health
and mental health can affect weight.
Depression can make meal prep feel impossible.
Anxiety and chronic stress can change eating patterns.
ADHD can diminish impulse control.
Medications can contribute to weight changes.
We approach medical weight management
as one piece of your overall wellness.
What Treatment Looks Like
A Plan Made Just for You
Step 1
Medical Evaluation
Your journey begins with a discussion of your
health history, current medications, previous
weight-management attempts, mental health,
lifestyle, goals, and potential barriers to success.
Step 2
Your Treatment Plan
The goal isn't simply to lose weight.
It's to create something you can
actually live with.

Your Individualized Plan May Include:
-
Medical weight-management counseling
-
Prescription medication when clinically appropriate
-
Monitoring of weight, symptoms, side effects, and progress
-
Laboratory monitoring when indicated
-
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
-
Consideration of psychiatric medications
-
Support for behavioral and mental-health barriers
-
Ongoing medication adjustments and follow-up
Medication Options:
-
There isn't one “best” medication for everyone. Your provider
will consider your situation when discussing your options
We will discuss your cost before medication is ordered.
-
Medication costs vary based on the medication
prescribed, dose, pharmacy, and individual treatment plan. -
Medication costs are separate from your clinical visit.
Step 3
Follow-Up Care
Private-Pay for Follow-Up: $75
Prefer to use your insurance? Eligible medical follow-up
visits can be submitted to your insurance.*
Ongoing follow-up allows your provider to
monitor progress, discuss side effects or concerns,
adjust treatment when appropriate, and help you
navigate barriers along the way.
*Your individual insurance benefits apply, including any deductible, copay,
or coinsurance. Coverage and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

Shame Has No Place Here
Diet Culture Is Dead.
Some weeks will be great.
Some won't. Keep Going.
We're interested in patterns,
barriers, biology,
mental health, medications,
and sustainable change.
